The Emerson String Quartet celebrated its 40th Anniversary Season at Concordia College's Sommer Center for the Performing Arts on May 12 as part of the Hoch Chamber Music Series' 15th season finale concert. Playing selections that included Mozart's String Quartet No. 19 in C. K. 465, "Dissonance"; Shostakovich's String Quartet No. 4 in D, Op. 83: and Dvorak's String Quartet in C. It was a glorious evening of Chamber Music for all in attendance!
