Since 1999, Concordia Conservatory has produced an annual holiday musical as a tuition-free community outreach program funded by private contributions from donors throughout Westchester County.
This retelling of the classic holiday tale, a one-act musical with words and libretto by John Higgins, centers around Ebenezer Scrooge, a miserable old man who mistreats everyone in his life. Mr. Scrooge is transformed by the spirit of Christmas when three ghosts visit him on Christmas Eve, and learns the true meaning of the holiday.
