Dr. Peter C. Hillman

Dr. Hillman was born and raised in the United Kingdom and served eight years in the British Army before immigrating to the United States. Following his military service, he taught undergraduate and graduate courses in chemistry, biology and science education. Peter is a passionate advocate for improving STEM education quality and access and he received his doctorate from Teachers College, Columbia University. He has experience working on multiple US-wide STEM grants and programs. His experience includes work funded by the National Science Foundation and the United States Department of Education, as well as several privately funded grants.
